here is my last belly shot picture right before we headed to the hospital. Well as probably all of you know, we had our baby Jackson on September 7, 2007 @ 2:39 p.m. (Yes four days late!!) I got to the hospital at 7:00 am and was hooked up to all the machinery and given the PIT to start my labor. Everything was going really good. I started having really hard contractions about 3 hours into it and figured I was ready for my epideral. They checked me and I was dialated to a 4, so they gladly gave me the epidural. By the time I got it, I was soooo glad to have it. About 2 1/2 hours later they checked me and I was fully dialated and his head was right there. They called the Dr. in and we were ready to push. I think I pushed through 2 contractions and he was out (not even 10 minutes of pushing)!!
So overall I would say it was a great labor and delivery, especially for a first child.

Congratulations! Annie gave me your blog and I have been checking it in anticipation to see that baby of yours. I am so glad that things went well. The question is--how is it going now. Life sure changes fast when babies come around. I am still adjusting myself. The baby is adorable, you look great, your blog is cute and your sister in law takes amazing pictures..how does she do that?
You're such a champ, Hay! And such a cute little fam you have! Although I think I hate you for looking so dang good 4 days AFTER your due date. I think the reason E needed to come a few weeks early was because *I* was getting too big :)
You tummy was seriously just straight out... holy cow. You are one amazing girl, sounds like you got through everything so easily.
