Jackson's first trip to Jackson!

Well last weekend Justin had an interview at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis TN. He flew to Little Rock on Thursday and stayed with his cousin and her family till Saturday. He then stayed in Utah for General Conference and to hang out with his Grandparents. I was NOT going to be home a lone all weekend and I was grateful that my parents live close enough to retreat to in times of need. My mom picked Jackson and I up on thursday and we spent the weekend in Jackson.
Here are a few pictures...

as you can see, this is Jackson's first time in the snow too. He has a cute bunting snow suit that we put him in, but I didn't get any pics. This is Jackson and Grandpa watching General Conference. Jackson really enjoyed it, he was so calm and reverent through most of it.This is Jackson's first mark on the measuring wall. The bottom mark on the left is me at 4months. The top mark on the right wall is Easton at 4 months and the bottom mark on the right is Jackson at 1 month. We measured him by putting him down first, stretching him out and then marking on the wall. When we did Easton we just placed him by the wall and tried to make an accurate marking... that is probably why Jackson is only an inch smaller than him! Although, at the two week appointment when they measured him they told me he was in the 95th percentile for height... so he is a tall boy!He is really starting to grin and smile at people now! He looks right at ya and just smiles and coos. Here is Grandma getting him to grin and here is his little smile (not the greatest picture, but you get the idea.)

He liked Jackson and looks forward to going back many more times.
