So the last post showed how he is pulling himself up on things, and let me tell you, he is already getting very advanced at this. Today he was laying down for a nap and all the sudden I heard this squeal of delight. I didn't think too much about it, but then I immediately thought, "Oh my gosh! He is totally standing up in his crib!" I ran in and this is how I found him.
Then I spent 15 minutes trying to figure out how to get the mattress lower in the crib so he can't fall out! He is only 6 1/2 months old! He is NOT suppose to be doing all of this big boy stuff!! :)

Ummm, wow! He is getting to be such a big boy, I hope you got the mattress lowered, he might surprise you one day and topple out. Good luck!

just have another child or two and suddenly life slows down and you can't believe how long it will take before preschool really does come...Heidi has 1 1/2 yrs till kindergarten and I think it will be the longest year and half of my life!!
Wow!! I can't believe he is already pulling himself up! I think Addy mastered sitting by that time but didn't master crawling until 8 mo. What an active boy you have!! He is so super cute though. Time does fly and you really just have to appreciate everyday with them.
That is so funny. The babies in Ecuador had this art we called "crib hopping" they could all swing themselves from their cribs into everyone else's. Oh man, it was a disaster! but they were closer to a year, so Jackson still has a ways to go for that!

Oh my goodness HAylee!! I missed this post..look at how happy he is about himself!! I can't believe it! What a big little boy!
