On Friday it was 70 degrees and I was getting excited about Spring. Yesterday it snowed 6-8 inches! Because of this huge amount of snow (yeah go ahead and laugh all you Id/Ut people) church was canceled!
For our first day of SPRING BREAK we took Jackson out to play.
For our first day of SPRING BREAK we took Jackson out to play.
Soon enough he started to dive in the snow and had a fun time making snowballs, snow angels, and crawling through it. Although he thinks the snow is "brrrrr" he had a good time!
In fact when we went inside he through a fit and wanted to go out again. But as you can see from those rosey red cheeks, it was a bit too cold for him to stay out too long.He kept saying "bye-bye?" "no-ssss." I'm glad he was excited about it... I wasn't. I'm ready for Spring weather (hence Justin's SPRING break). But have no fear by the end of the week it should be back in the 70's.

His rosy cheeks are so cute!! He's getting BIG!! The cold front that came through made it drop 40-50 degrees here from 80 to 35 ish...cold!!!! No snow though ...
Idaho/Utah people what about us Illinois people! How much did we have over Christmas break enough to build a 15 foot no ssss man!
I agree I am SO READY FOR SPRING
So, so cute! But sorry you weren't having spring weather! Easton puts the "s" at the end of snow too :)
So cute! You are a good mom for letting him play in the snow. I have yet to let Kate play in it. I don't want to be cold and wet and I don't have any snow clothes for her! I love how he says snow!
Gotta love the weather. I'm so sick of the "cold" (which is 60 or below for me). All I want to do is to go jogging outside w/out having to buddle up the boys b/c of the darn wind. We are ready for SUMMER!!
My neice did that with her S's, too. For Snack she said "nacks" and for "preschool" she said "pre-cools" It was really cute, and even though she is 12 now, I still sometimes say "nacks."
Cute! I love his voice! I'm ready for spring weather, but not the spring work! It is nice to see the no sss starting to melt here. Give those rosy cheeks a kiss from Grams Blake.
Hi, I was reading Emily's blog and saw that you were one of her friends :) It's been a long time. Your little boy is adorable! I just thought I'd drop by and say hi! Hope you are doing great!
I noticed that! That is so funny! Johnson is a great last name to have isn't it!? haha Well I am so glad you are doing so great! I am gonna add you to my blog list so I can keep in touch! Hope you have a wonderful day! :)
He's the cutest-- even cuter if that is possible in person! Well, if things don't work out with Hallie and Jackson when they get older, Jerika I am sure would not mind. Hehehe.
Don't you love little kids twist on everything, what they say, how they do things... one of the many reasons we love them.
Hope the snow melts more quickly for you then it does here (because as you know, Idaho is tricky and it makes you THINK it is going to be Spring and then it's winter all over again). We'll keep hoping!!
I am ready for spring, and so are the girls. But I am glad Jackson got to play a little more in the snow. Kate and Brooklyn didn't at all, cuz I am a slacker..
I love his little words. :)
Haylee don't you just love the ups and downs of the weather in the south. Jackson looks so cute all bundled up. It was 84 today in the Big D....who knows what tomorrow will bring though.
Love ya
