I have officially been a blogger for 2 years!!! Why do I spend so much time blogging? Well first I like it. It is fun to look at my pictures and document our where abouts to share with everyone. I love comments, and I love knowing that people are interested enough in me to read my blog (I'll admit it isn't the most exciting blog in the world). And 2nd I have mentioned before that our blog is somewhat our family journal. Each year I have made a blog book and got it professionally printed so that we have a hard document of the happenings of our life. Sometimes I wish I had something a little more important than just the things that we do or go, but that's okay.... that's our life, and I like it for the most part! Our 2008 book arrived today and it is HUGE! (Thus, I have decided to limit my blogging this year-- hey, I'm trying!) AND no, I don't put everything in the book, tags and other unnecessary blog posts aren't book worthy.
If anyone is interested in the program we use it is called blurb.com.

Is anyone else out there like me? Where you get fun ideas of a million different projects? Half of them stay as an idea, half of them get partly worked on and then forgotten, half of them I get supplies for and really excited about--then the supplies sit there untouched, and half of them actually get accomplished?!? Well here is something that has been in progress for almost a year and was FINALLY finished recently.

We made this layout of Jackson's first year and finally got it printed, put in a frame, and hung in his room... (now that he is almost 2 years old). This may look like a simple project, but in case you didn't know, those pictures are the exact same size with PERFECTLY calculated spacing in between. I did the layout and waited for Justin to find time out of his busy life to do the spacing. I'm excited to have one of those million project ideas done!! :)
