A messy lunch day

Jackson and I had our first real big mess with food today at lunch. I guess I learned my lesson to not turn my back on a kid who is too close to the table and an open container of peas right on the edge. Jackson decided to grab it and dump it all over the floor and the side of his chair. YUCK!! And WHY today did he have to be wearing a beautiful clean white shirt??
Another lesson to be learned, don't leave the fridge door open when he is crawling around and there is left-over dinner in a container (that the lid didn't fit tight on) on the bottom shelf. An open fridge is a temptation waiting to happen for my little man. And I am just sure that you "experienced" mom's are just laughing now thinking "This is nothing... Just you wait... and he didn't even do it on purpose and laugh at the mess he is making..." I know, I know this really is nothing!! :)

Hee hee it does just get more fun! And just get used to the fact that when ever you put Jackson in a white shirt he will spill on it but when he is wearing a old or laundry day shirt it will stay spotless the entire day. I think that it is some kind of law of nature!

Ooops! Guess you can never be too careful when chubby little grabby hands are around.

Aren't babies just so fun when they get into everything? Lately I feel Like I am going from room to room putting things back in drawers. But at least they keep us on our toes! I never commented on your grad pics but they are absolutely darling. You guys look so professional! You scared me when you told the story about Jackson doing his biz. I thought for sure he was choking and I was just reading the tale! Isn't that crazy how panicky you can feel for the welfare of your child? Congrats on being graduated guys. I am so excited for your future!! Love ya!

Yeah, you gotta watch out for that! Does he like to throw food yet? That sure is fun!
