We sat on the bluff on our blanket and I thought that was a lot of fun! The only thing missing was the baseball food that we opted out of spending an arm and a leg for, but those hot dogs and nachos sure looked tasty!
Jackson liked to run down to the fence and watch the game while he played monkey and climbed around.
And to top off the night, the good ole Memphis Redbirds won 6-1. 
After the game they lit off fireworks and Jackson thought that was pretty cool until it got really loud during the grand finale. Overall I am much more a basketball fan and love to watch the NBA, but I have got to say, being at a baseball game is a lot of fun because of the atmosphere. I hope we can go a few more times this season (and maybe I'll convince Justin to splurge and buy me a hot dog and a bag of chips or something! :) )

I never got to enjoy the games though. I always end up at the playground with the kids.
BTW, I hate to be a party pooper, but don't get your hopes up about growing any tomatoes. I've tried and, while the plants grew, not tomatoes ever did. I think we just don't get enough sunlight on those back porches. Sure makes me happy we live in the country now and have lots of space and sunshine!

Jackson looks like the best part of the game. Sorry I HATE baseball. We went with Zac to a Utah Bee's game and I was so bored. The best part of that game was after we left and Zac called Nate to tell him his missionary companion got caught on the kissing cam! GREAT PICTURES THOUGH and I could almost smell the hot dogs and nachos
You know I LOOOOVE baseball!! So fun. But I hate hotdogs, so skipping those is no biggie. Oh, and I blog about everything too, so don't you worry. I love it.
Dang, I want a new camera! I'm guessing now that it was Justin who sent the text about the game because John got the text and had no idea who it was from. I finally remembered that you changed to 901 numbers. Sorry that you got no response!
That is so exciting you got a new camera... and that you went to a baseball game. I am a huge fan!! That ballpark in DT Memphis seemed really nice. Just needs to spring and get you nachos next game... they are totally worth it. (:
