3 months

It is hard to believe little Jonah is 3 months old on Sunday!! He has been the sweetest baby and it has been MUCH easier the 2nd time around. I always said Jackson was a hard baby, but comparing him to Jonah I can DEFINITELY say Jackson was a HARD baby!
At 3 months:
-Jonah has hit three major holidays: Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas

-has had his first hospital stay

-had his first ear infection

-takes good naps most days and easily settles down to sleep (again, in contrast with Jackson as a baby... this has been heaven for me!)

-coos and goos and squeals

-loves looking at his hands and sucking on his fist

-is a good nurser. (Nursing was stressful with Jackson; I love it with Jonah!)

-a smiley little guy. When he catches someones face he just smiles and smiles

-is beginning to master tummy time. In fact, yesterday he rolled over for the first time from his tummy to his back!!

-likes his swing and play mat. Doesn't really like his rocker/vibrator chair.

2 weeks ago Jonah weighed in at 11 lbs 6 oz. About a pound away from doubling his birth weight

Here are some tummy time pictures for your enjoyment. (Don't mind the drool from his mouth. His hair has grown so much too and is kind of getting hard to control. haha)
Jackson loves when I put Jonah on his tummy. Every time I do he says Jonah looks like a "frog". He is such a cute big brother. And if this video works, here is a video of what our little Jonah loves to do: (It didn't work...augh!)

I hadn't seen him forever - I had no idea he had so much hair. What a cutie. And those big bright eyes. I agree - the second baby is easier. Well, I might be speaking too soon since Lucy is still in her sleepy stage. But I feel like Luke was harder by this time. Anyway, maybe since our first kids are similiar - our second kids will too. Hope so - since he's a perfect baby.

I'm sniffing too :( Jonah is changing so much! He is starting to get his own little look. I tried to find cheap tickets to come and see my two boys, so no such luck. Give them both big hugs and kisses from Grandma!!! By the way I think they are both perfect too!
